Note: We operate on limited drops. Stock sells fast—initiate exchanges promptly to secure your size.
Return eligibility
- Condition: New, unworn, unwashed, free of odor, pet hair, makeup, or damage.
- Packaging: All original tags, labels, accessories, and branded bags/boxes included.
- Window: Requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery (per carrier scan).
- Proof: Order number and the purchase email are required.
Returns that do not meet the above may be refused or issued as a partial refund at our discretion.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with subject “Return Request – [Order #]”.
- Include: full name, order number, item(s), reason, and clear photos if there is an issue.
- Wait for authorization and your RMA with instructions. Do not send items without authorization.
- Pack securely. Use the prepaid US label we provide (if applicable) or your tracked carrier.
- Share the tracking number. Keep your receipt until your return is processed.
Unauthorized or COD returns will be rejected. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without valid tracking.
Exchanges
- US: One free size or color exchange per item when requested within 14 days and inventory is available.
- International: Exchange is processed as a return plus a new purchase.
- If your desired item is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds and processing times
- Inspection: 3–5 business days after your return is delivered to our facility.
- Refund method: Original payment method or store credit per your request (gift orders default to store credit).
- Bank timelines: 3–10 additional business days depending on your bank/card issuer.
- Fees: US return label fee ($8.95) is deducted from refunds. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Partial refunds and adjustments
Returns with missing packaging, creasing, or signs of wear may incur a reasonable refurbishment deduction. If an item is not in sellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.
Non‑returnable items
- Final sale items and items marked “Final Sale” at checkout.
- Discounted products at 30% off or more, or clearance.
- Underwear, socks, face coverings, and opened accessories for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
- Attach photos of the item, the defect/issue, packaging, and the packing slip.
- We’ll prioritize replacement or repair. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
Limited drops, preorders, and cancellations
- Preorders: Estimated ship windows are provided on the product page. You may cancel before shipment for a full refund.
- Post‑shipment cancellations: Please initiate a standard return once received.
- Price adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
International returns (outside the US)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.
- Ship with a tracked service and mark as “Return Merchandise” to avoid additional import fees.
- Duties/taxes paid on delivery are not refundable by us. Contact your local customs office for potential reclaim.
Holiday and gifts
- Holiday window: Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 have an extended return window until Jan 15.
- Gifts: Eligible gift returns are issued as store credit to the recipient after inspection.
Packing your return
- Place items in original polybag/box with tags attached.
- Use a sturdy outer box or padded mailer to prevent transit damage.
- Include your RMA and order number inside the package.

How long do I have to return?

Can I return worn items?
No. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or marks with original tags attached.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. US return labels incur an $8.95 fee deducted from refunds.
How do exchanges work?
US customers get one free exchange per item within 14 days, subject to stock. International customers can return for refund and purchase the new size/color separately.
What if my return is rejected?
If a return doesn’t meet policy, we’ll notify you. You can choose to have the item shipped back (at cost) or receive a partial refund if eligible.
