• We operate a limited‑drop model. Quantities are restricted and products may sell out quickly without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order, per household, or per customer to protect fairness and prevent resale.
• We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately. Due to variations in screens and lighting, actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly.
• Measurements are approximate; minor tolerances in sizing are standard in garment manufacturing.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Errors

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time.
• Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• We may correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order is submitted) and cancel orders affected by such issues. If we cancel, we will refund any amounts charged.
• Promotional pricing may be time‑limited and subject to additional terms.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

• Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• Order acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email and/or mark the order as shipped.
• We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or policy violations. If canceled, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.

• By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.
• Orders may be subject to verification and fraud screening. We may request additional information to verify identity and billing details.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in account restriction or order cancellation.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Estimated processing and shipping timelines are provided on our Shipping Information page and may vary during peak periods.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please contact the carrier with tracking questions once an order ships.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing can add delays outside our control.
• We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• For limited releases and pre‑orders, shipping timelines may differ from standard orders and will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
• Estimated ship dates are targets and may shift due to production or logistics constraints. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
• Pre‑orders may be charged at checkout to secure allocation.

10. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
• We may offer email or SMS alerts for drops and restocks. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime via the provided instructions.

11. User Content & Social Tags

• If you post or share content referencing our brand (e.g., tagging or using our hashtags), you grant Godspeed Hoodie a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for marketing and promotional purposes, subject to any rights you revoke by contacting us.
• You represent that you own or control all rights to such content and that our use will not infringe any third‑party rights or violate laws.

12. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Promotions are limited‑time and subject to their own terms. Unless specified, promotions cannot be combined and are not valid on previous purchases.

You and Godspeed Hoodie waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Some jurisdictions do not allow mandatory arbitration; if unenforceable, disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
