Processing Times

    - In‑stock items: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) - High‑volume drops/launch weeks: please allow 3–5 business days - Preorders: ship within the window posted on the product page

United States Shipping

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers (UPS, USPS). Transit estimates start after your order is processed.

3–7 business days

Most affordable option for non‑urgent deliveries.

Standard

2–5 business days

Balanced speed and value for most orders.

Expedited

1–3 business days

Fastest option. Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST ship same day when possible.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and UPS Worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and local customs.

Order Tracking

    - You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. - Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. - Didn’t receive tracking? Check spam, then email [email protected].

Addresses & Order Changes

    - Need to edit your address? Contact us immediately with your order #. - We can update addresses before fulfillment. After shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. - We can’t ship to freight forwarders when flagged by our fraud systems.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    - Marked “delivered” but not received: wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/building, then contact the carrier. If unresolved, email us. - Lost in transit: domestic claims open after 7 business days; international after 14 business days. - Damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. - We’re not responsible for theft after delivery. Consider shipping to a secure address or selecting a signature‑required service for high‑value orders.

Preorders & Split Shipments

    - Preorder items show an estimated ship window on the product page. - Orders containing preorder and in‑stock items may ship separately. - You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.

Holidays, Weather, and Drop Volume

We operate Monday–Friday on US business days. During major drops, holidays, or severe weather, processing and carrier transit times may extend. Thanks for your patience—we’ll keep you updated via email.

Who pays duties and taxes on international orders?

International orders generally ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Local duties/VAT are collected by the carrier upon delivery, and are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I change my shipping address?

Email [email protected] with your order number ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, please contact the carrier directly.

Are shipping fees refundable?
